Southbank Boston is the brainchild of chef, Darren Danby.
Darren has been a chef for over 17 years. He’s worked as Head Chef with groups such as Piccalino, Executive Chef with Mitchells and Butlers and PCDG, who are the largest restaurant group in the UK, running sites such as the White Hart in Pool, Deer Park in Leeds and Pine Marten in Harrogate. Darren has also worked with the likes of Marco Pierre White and Paul Heathcote to name a few.
Darren has poured his heart and soul into Southbank, creating an exciting dining experience downstairs, combined with a vibrant bar experience upstairs.
